I have been very pleased with the Rogers Pay as you Go service plan until now. I received a text message last night informing me that my balance will be expiring ‘soon’-The last time I checked, it was going to expire April 10.
This evening, April 10, I went to add money to my account and to my eyes the balance was 0. I know you’re most likely ‘unable’ to re-add the money that was lost; since it’s most likely in your ‘statement of use’ and it’s your way of earning profit. But perhaps adding the expiration date of the customer’s balance, on the text, would be a wise decision instead of using the word “soon”.
I will no longer be sharing my positive thoughts about Roger’s Pay as you Go with people I know and I will most likely be looking into other mobile services.
I am not at all impressed with that. Hopefully I get a response back tomorrow.
I finally got around to making a t-shirt with one of my designs on it.
I bought t-shirt transfers at Wal-Mart..They don't seem to be that great though, because there seems to be lil parts somewhat breaking. Oh well, the wash will determine the final decision- good or bad.
